TREGEN collects two types of information about you:
a. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) "Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that can
identify a specific individual. When you participate in certain activities through the TREGEN service, such as
creating an account, providing feedback, or otherwise engaging with the TREGEN service (collectively referred to
as "Identification Activities"), we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. If you choose to
engage in Identification Activities, we may ask you to provide some personal information, such as your Google ID,
Google email, Google display name, Facebook ID, Facebook email, Facebook display name, Apple ID, Apple
email, Apple display name. When you register to use the TREGEN service, we may also ask you to provide real-
time traffic information, such as device GPS location information collected through the TREGEN service
application. Depending on the Identification Activity, we may mark the required information as mandatory or
optional. If you do not provide the required information for an Identification Activity, you will not be able to
participate in that activity. If we already have your Personally Identifiable Information stored, TREGEN may not
ask you to provide it again, depending on the Identification Activity.
b. Non-Personally Identifiable Information "Non-Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that
does not identify a specific individual. This information may include the uniform resource locator ("URL") youused before accessing the TREGEN service, the URL you visit after leaving the TREGEN service, the type of
browser you are using, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, mobile carrier information, mobile device
information, or general and/or statistical location data that constitutes Personally Identifiable Information. When
you access or use the TREGEN service, we and/or our authorized third-party service providers may automatically
collect this information through the use of electronic tools like cookies, web beacons, or pixel tags, as described in
this Privacy Policy. We collect such types of mobile information (such as your mobile device identifier and
mobile device type, request type, your mobile carrier, your carrier's user identifier, and the content of your
requests), which does not provide TREGEN with your identity, meaning we cannot identify the user through such
mobile information, even though it may be unique or contain information you consider personal.
We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, manage the TREGEN service, analyze usage
trends, collect demographic information, comply with applicable laws, and cooperate with legal investigations. We
may also share this information with our authorized third-party service providers to measure the overall
effectiveness of our products and services.
When the TREGEN service application is deleted or logged out, we may retain this collected information unless
the user specifically requests us to delete the information we have collected about them.
c. Using GPS Technology When you use the TREGEN service, we may use GPS technology (or other similar
geolocation technology) to determine your current location to display a location map containing relevant content
or to provide data transmission for any demand or purpose. If you do not want us to use your location for these
purposes, you should turn off the TREGEN service location services in your account settings or mobile settings
and/or the TREGENService application. However, disabling these location services may cause some or all features
of the TREGEN service to function improperly.
d. Third-Party Sharing We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with authorized third-party service
providers to offer products or services, analyze data, operate the TREGEN service, troubleshoot, and provide user
services. We may also provide personal information to individuals and companies with whom we have business
relationships. However, the privacy policies of these third-party service providers do not bind us.
e. Legal Compliance We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law
and when we believe it is necessary to disclose this information to protect our rights and/or comply with legal
proceedings, court orders, or legal processes, enforce this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or other agreements,
or protect the rights, property, or safety of the TREGEN service, users of the TREGEN service, or others.
f. Transfer of Information In the event of a merger or acquisition of TREGEN by another company, we reserve the
right to transfer all information, including Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable
Information, to the successor company. However, transferred Personally Identifiable Information will remain
subject to this Privacy Policy.
3. Release of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with third-party service providers and the
public. For example, we may share demographic information (excluding any personal identity information) or usethird-party service providers' services to track and analyze user non-personally identifiable usage and statistical
information to manage and optimize the TREGEN service. We may also release statistical information that we
have collected through the TREGEN service for promotional purposes, provided we own and use it.
4. GPS Information Collection and Consent
This agreement defines the terms and conditions for the use of GPS location services provided by TREGEN and
the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both TREGEN and the user.
a. Service Terms This agreement becomes effective when both parties agree to it. If the user expresses consent on
our official website or application providing location services, it means the user has read and fully understands
these terms and conditions.
b. Legal Compliance Matters not specified in this agreement should be handled in accordance with relevant laws,
such as the "Location Information Protection and Use Act," "Telecommunications Business Act," "Information
and Communications Network Act," and "Personal Information Protection Act."
c. Service Content We provide detailed driving habits records, device location check modes, and interconnection
services with other auxiliary services to users. However, due to company circumstances, the delivery schedule and
delivery method of each service may change, be delayed, or not be provided.
d. Use or Provision of Personal Location Information We will clearly indicate the purpose and obtain the user's
consent before using personal location information to provide our location services. If a dispute arises under this
agreement, it shall be filed with the local court with jurisdiction. However, if the user's address or residence is
unclear or the user resides abroad, the lawsuit should be filed with the court with jurisdiction in accordance with
the applicable law.
e. Third-Party Provision We will not provide personal location information to third parties without the user's
consent. When providing services provided by third parties, we will notify the user of the recipient and the
purpose of the information and obtain consent in advance. However, in accordance with legal regulations or for
investigative purposes, information may be provided following the legal procedures and methods. If we provide
personal location information to a third party designated by the user, we will immediately notify the user of the
recipient, date, time, and purpose of the personal location information. The user is responsible for any legal
liabilities and consequences arising from the provision of personal location information to third parties.
f. User Rights Users may refuse to provide personal location information or third-party services at any time. Users
may request to suspend the collection, use, or provision of their personal location information, and we must
comply and not collect, use, or provide such information in any way. Users may request to read or notify the
collection, use, and provision of their personal location information and correct any errors in the data. We must
not unreasonably refuse the user's request.
g. Indemnity We are not responsible for any damage to the user caused by the following circumstances:
• Natural disasters or force majeure beyond our control.
• Intentional interruption of services by a third party who has signed a service provision agreement with us.• Problems occurring when the user uses the location service.
• Other situations not caused by our intentional or negligent actions.
5. Notice of Amendment to Terms
a. Right to Amend:
Our company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any amendments to this Privacy Policy
will be notified in accordance with the provisions outlined in this section.
b. Notification Method:
